Sleep has been interesting lately. Some nights I don't sleep well at all. Other nights I stay up late and sleep in but toss and turn the whole time. Then there are nights where I wake up at 4am and I'm wide awake. I've also noticed other people on social media talking about their sleep patterns, or lack of. I guess with everything going on there's a lot on everyone's mind that they can't turn off when going to bed. I don't blame you, I'm with you.
